What is Trinity?
Formerly known as UCL wallet, the Trinity wallet is the much anticipated IOTA user-friendly wallet that has been in development for the past few months. An update to the Trinity development schedule was made on March 21.
David Sonstebo, the Founder of IOTA released a short update for things we should be expecting on Trinity in the nearest future. The release of Trinity for Desktop will be the first in line, after that iOS and Android users would be expecting the Trinity Wallet to hit their platforms.
The Trinity Desktop Alpha is LIVE
The long-awaited update to the Trinity development Schedule was released a week ago. The first on the list is the Trinity Desktop Alpha, the app is however expected to be released for public usage on April 4.
The Trinity Desktop Alpha has been released to mobile testers. A total of 100 users are taking part in the testing of the Desktop alpha before its imminent release. The release of the Trinity Desktop Alpha will mark the start of a new phase in the achieving IOTAs laid down vision.
Omoku: The New IOTA Exchange
Omoku is a Euro-based Broker for the IOTA community. With Omoku, users would be able to trade MOITA instantly against the Euro. Omoku offers the lowest fees and high-security levels for trading your IOTA. Omoku has improved the exchange of MOITA to fiat and fiat to MOITA.
Verifications and functionality improvements on Omoku started about 24 hours ago. The current list of accepted countries for the nationality is not yet final, acceptance will be open until the start of trading. For nationals whose countries are not yet listed, would not be able to verify on Omoku until their countries get listed.
IOTA Introduces METAMESH: A Social e-Commerce Marketplace
The IOTA Social e-Commerce Marketplace; Metamesh was introduced on March 28. The goal of Metamesh is to monetize the social networks an individual use by sharing products a user likes.
With Metamesh, if an individual shares a product directly to his followers, and that share leads to a direct sale of the product, the individual gets a commission (5%) from the sale of the product. All sales on Metamesh will use MOITA as the medium of monetary exchange.
IOTA Gets New Trading Pairs on Bitfinex
Bitfinex, one of the biggest cryptocurrency exchange platform on March 29, Bitfinex announced the expansion of its fiat exchange with digital assets. As a result of this expansion, MOITA can now be traded against the Japanese Yen (JPY) and the Great Britain Pounds (GBP). Other assets which got full support for the fiat currencies include BTC, ETH, NEO, and EOS.
IOTA Tangle in a Game
Unity technologies on March 28, announced that IOTA’s Tangle will be integrated into the Unity 3D. Unity is the most popular cross-platform game engine.
