Daily Price Analysis 28/09: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), EOS, Stellar (XLM) Litecoin (LTC)

The cryptocurrency market has grown by $7 billion over the past 24 hours as the total market cap rose to $221 billion from yesterday's $214 billion. The rise comes as Bitcoin and other leading cryptocurrencies record minor gains over the past few hours.

The daily trading volume is also up $3 billion, from $14 billion yesterday to currently stand at $17 billion.

Bitcoin price analysis

The leading cryptocurrency has gained roughly 2% over the past 24 hours, rising from $6,474 yesterday to now trade at $6,656.

The daily trading volume has also surged higher, rising from $4.3 billion yesterday to now stand at $5.1 billion.

Against the U.S. Dollar, Bitcoin has lost roughly 1% of its value over the past 24 five days, falling from it’s high of $6,730 to stand at $6,656.

Ethereum price analysis

Ethereum has continued its recent impressive performance by rising by 3% over the past 24 hours. ETH was trading at $216 yesterday but has surged to now stand at $225.

Despite lackluster performance this year, Tom Lee believes that it would soon see explosive growth.

The 24-hour trading volume has returned to its previous level of $2 billion after it dropped to $1.6 billion yesterday.

ETH is down 6.5% against the U.S. Dollar over the past five days. It was trading at $240 five days ago but has dropped to now trade at $225. It has also lost 5.5% of its value against industry leader Bitcoin.

Ripple price analysis

XRP has grown by 1.6% over the past few hours. The payment cryptocurrency was trading at $0.51 yesterday but has since then risen to $0.54.

The daily trading volume has dropped by nearly 100%, from $1.4 billion yesterday to its current level at $780 million.

XRP lost 5.4% of its value against the USD over the past few days, falling back to close to its $0.57 price five days ago to now trade at $0.54. The coin fell 4.2% against BTC during that timeframe.

EOS price analysis

EOS also joined others in recording gains over the past 24 hours. It was trading at $5.59 yesterday but went up by more than 2% to now trade at $5.8.

EOS 24-hour trading volume is up by nearly than $200 million, from $687 million yesterday to $876 million.

EOS has lost just 2.3% against the U.S. Dollar over the past few days. It was trading at $5.92 five days ago but has dropped to now trade at $5.8. It has lost just 1% against BTC over the past 24 hours.

Stellar Lumen price analysis

The sixth largest cryptocurrency is one of the few leading cryptos to be trading in the red.

XLM has dropped by nearly 3% over the past 24 hours but is still trading around $0.25.

The daily trading volume has dropped by $20 million over the past 24 hours, from $88 million to now stand at $68 million.

A look at XLM chart over the past five days shows that it is down 5.4% against the greenback. It was trading at $0.29 five days ago but has since then dropped to now trade at $0.25.

It has suffered greater losses against BTC, dropping by 7.3% over the past five days.

Litecoin price analysis

Litecoin has gone up by roughly 3% over the past 24 hours. LTC was trading at $58 yesterday but is now up to over $61 per coin. The daily trading volume has also risen to $484 million from the $303 million recorded yesterday.

LTC is down 0.7% against the USD over the past five days as it has been able to maintain its price level during that timeframe. Against BTC however, Litecoin is up 2.15% over the past five days.
