Daily Price Analysis 10/14: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP), EOS, Stellar (XLM) Litecoin (LTC)

After stagnating at the $201 billion over the past three days, the crypto market cap has risen slightly to $203 billion over the past 24 hours.

The 24-hour trading volume meanwhile has remained stagnant at the $9 billion mark despite the total market cap rising during that time frame.

Bitcoin (BTC) price analysis

Bitcoin is trading in the green zone again after rising by less than 1% over the past 24n hours. BTC was trading at $6,317 yesterday but has now gone up to trade at $6,376.

The daily trading volume is up by $200 million over the past few hours. BTC’s 24-hour trading volume yesterday was $3 billion but it has now slightly gone up to $3.2 billion.

Its chart against the USD shows that TC has lost roughly 3% of its value over the past few days. Bitcoin was trading at $6,676 five days ago but has declined sharply to now trade at $6,376.

Ethereum (ETH) price analysis

Ethereum has continued its ascent as it added 1% to its value over the past 24 hours. ETH was trading at $200 yesterday but has since then gone up and now trades at $201. This rise comes as Bitfinex saw a record high for its Ethereum shorts

The daily trading volume of Ethereum has stagnated at the $1.1 billion mark despite the slight increase in price.

ETH is down by 12% against the US Dollars over the past five days. It was trading at $230 five days ago but has since the slipped. It is, however, recovering slowly. It is down by less than 8% against BTC during that time period.

Ripple (XRP) price analysis

XRP has now reached the $0.42 mark after rising by less than 1% over the past 24 hours. The third largest crypto was trading at $0.41 yesterday and has now gone following reports that Ripple’s Xpring could have more impact on the XRP market than xRapid.

The daily trading volume has declined for the third consecutive day after dropping from $411 million yesterday to now stand at $322 million.

XRP is down by almost 14% against the greenback over the past few days. It was trading at $0.50 five days ago but has dropped and now trades at $0.42. XRP is down by roughly 10% against Bitcoin over the past few days.

EOS (EOS) price analysis

For the third day in a row, EOS has stabilized at the $5.25 mark despite the general market rising slowly. EOS was trading at $5.25 yesterday and has maintained that price over the past 48 hours.

The daily trading volume has also stabilized slightly. EOS 24-hour trading volume yesterday was $387 million and currently stands at $365 million.

EOS is down by 11% against the US Dollars over the past five days. It was trading at $5.9 a few days ago but experienced a sharp decline midweek to now trade at $5.25. It has also lost 6.8% of its value against BTC over the past five days.

Stellar Lumen (XLM) price analysis

XLM has also stabilized at the $0.21 mark over the past three days despite the rise in the total crypto market cap. The daily trading volume has dropped again after slipping to $38 million from the $49 million recorded yesterday.

Stellar is down by 13% against the greenback over the past five days. It was trading close to $0.25 but slipped massively midweek and now stands at the $0.21 mark. XLM has meanwhile lost more than 9% of its value against BTC over the past few days.

Litecoin (LTC) price analysis

Litecoin is trading in the red zone as it has lost less than 1% of its value over the past 24 hours. It has however managed to retain its price at the $53 mark. The daily trading volume is up slightly from $232 million and now stands at $271 million.

LTC against the USD is down by 9.7% over the past five days. Litecoin was trading at $59 but just like others, experienced a massive plunge and now trades at $53 per coin. It is meanwhile down by roughly 5.5% against BTC during that time period.
